Service Description
Support, information and education for families and people affected by Dementia. It includes support groups, activities, telephone counselling, short term counselling, library, information service, brochures and education programs. Other programs include National Dementia Helpline, NSW Counselling and Support Dementia advisors, early intervention programs (Living with Memory Loss Program), community awareness, rural and regional services, social and therapeutic activities, library and information service, support groups, Safe2Walk and Safely Home program.
