Service Description

Provides culturally appropriate help to Aboriginal people with a disability and older, frail aged Aboriginal people to help them remain independent in their own home. The services are provided by Aboriginal staff members who are trained to meet and support cultural needs. Services include assisted living- home support with personal care, home and community nursing, home and garden maintenance, in home services for cleaning and housekeeping, community support, care for pets, and home healthcare professionals to assist with muscle strengthening, nutrition, fall prevention, respiratory care and rehabilitation.
