Service Description
Provides a range of infrastructure based services with support provided through Council's recreation reserves for community initiated and run events. Council Libraries in Berrigan, Finley, Tocumwal and Barooga offer a range of programs for older residents, young people, children and their families. Library facilities are fully accessible and opening hours vary in each library.
