Family and Carer Mental Health Support Groups

Service Description

Support groups for carers and family of people with mental health issues. Offers a safe place to come and talk with others who are going through similar experiences. Occasional speakers invited to talk about other services, courses and helpful information. People 18 years and older are welcome. Support Groups run on: 1st Wednesday of the Month 6pm - 8pm (Tuggerah) 2nd Tuesday of the Month 10am - 12pm (Tuggerah) 3rd Thursday of the Months 10am - 12pm (Point Clare) Registration is essential.
