Service Description
Support services to bring families together and support community resources to ensure children and young people are safe and well. Referrals to appropriate services, and assistance with domestic violence experiences, housing issues, financial assistance, counselling, mediation, parenting issues and mental health. Culturally appropriate services are provided.
