Service Description
Community Health Centre that provides services to people of all ages. It includes early childhood services, immunisation, dietitian monthly, occupational therapist, podiatrist, diabetes educator, visiting drug and alcohol service, and ACAT. All services available by request. A mental health worker visits once a month.
