South Eastern Sydney Recovery & Wellbeing College

Service Description

The College offers free education that provides the opportunity to learn about wellbeing, recovery and ways to lead a hopeful and meaningful life. All our courses are co-written and co facilitated by people with lived experience of mental distress or suicidal crisis and health professionals. The college is open to people 16 years of age and over, who experience mental health concerns that live in the South Eastern Sydney Local Health District (SESLHD), their carers, families and support people, as well as staff, volunteers and students of the South Eastern Sydney Local health district and other residents of SESLHD . The College aims for people to become experts in their healing, emotional wellbeing and achieve their goals and aspirations.
