Assertive Outreach Residential Service
Service Description
Provides intensive service to people with severe mental illness in order to support the recovery process. Services include care coordination, education, advocacy, support and rehabilitation. The service is for people aged 18-65 years. Both clinic based treatment and home visits are available. Eligibility includes multiple and complex needs including violent or offending behaviour, poor treatment response, unstable accommodation, Dual Diagnosis, risk of self harm or neglect, high in patient care and admissions.
