Compulsive Hoarding Treatment Program

Service Description

The program utilises a specialised form of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy developed to treat hoarding and aims to build skills to deal with acquiring, discarding, sorting and organising. Participants learn to develop these skills to deal with their hoarding behaviour. Participants remain in control of their possessions at all times. Group treatment can also be supported by individual counselling sessions.
