Service Description

Develops and maintains a district wide coordinated approach to youth health to enhance access of young people to health services. Primary functions of the team include working in collaboration with key stakeholders, relevant agencies and young people both within, and external, to the health sector. Addressing the needs of young people, aged 12-25 years, who are socially or economically disadvantaged, or who are from population groups that have inequitable access to health services. Does not directly provide services.
