Service Description
Trundle is situated 55 km from Parkes, Central West NSW. Trundle Multi Purpose Service (MPS) is an 11 bed facility. It is comprised of 9 Residential Aged Care beds (Respite, low & high care), 2 acute beds and an Emergency Department open 24 hrs a day. Trundle has a local GP Practice on site operating 3 days a week. The GP also has visiting rights to the hospital, outside of these hours we use the Remote Medical Consult or the Critical Care Advisory Service (CCAS), which offer 24 hr coverage. Trundle Multipurpose Service (MPS) has many other services also available.
