Service Description

Accommodation and support program for young parents and/or families who are pregnant or have children and require support. Case management and support groups are provided with three stages of support; fully supported (for under 19yo), semi-supported housing and outreach (for under 25s), and post natal groups for young women 25 years and under. Outreach service for couples and families aged 16-24 years, Residential care for women and children only, 13-18 years old.
