Service Description
An independent aged care provider, offering residential, community and respite care services. The Home Support Program is to enhance the independence, security and quality of life of older people, 65 years and older, or Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islanders, over 50 years of age who are identified as being at risk of premature admission to residential care. Residential care is available at varying levels based on individual needs. Using an innovative model of care that focuses on improving the wellbeing of people in care regardless of the health challenges they may be experiencing. The focus is on wellbeing and staying connected and engaged with people and interests.
