Service Description
The programs provide support services to the frail aged and people living with disability and the unpaid carers of eligible clients. The aim of the programs is to support clients to stay living safely and independently at home and in the community, and to prevent their inappropriate or premature admission to residential care. Practical support like transport, meal preparation, personal care, nursing, home modifications, maintenance and household help is available. People under 65 can access services through the NDIS. People over 65 can access services via My Aged Care.
