Service Description

Support services provided to people who are experiencing mental health issues. Offers assistance for the person to live an independent life and to build self esteem and living skills. Services include housing and support, home based support and outreach. Partners in Recovery works jointly if a person is experiencing enduring severe mental illness by accessing other services and supports to enhance recovery. An NDIS provider for people 16-65 years of age.
