Service Description
Momentum Collective is a disability service that provides support services for people experiencing mental illness, disability, or employment and accommodation difficulties. Our aim is to improve an individual's quality of life by encouraging community participation, increased social inclusion and promoting independence. We assist with stable accommodation, access to medical and health care, education and employment, social and recreational activities. Aboriginal support services available.
