Taldumande Youth Services

Service Description

Taldumande Youth Services provides accommodation and support for young people aged 12-24 who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, including those experiencing family breakdown. Services include crisis refuges, supported accommodation, and outreach services, alongside case management to support young people in areas such as housing, education, employment, health, and community connection. Support is trauma-informed and responsive to a range of issues including mental health, alcohol and other drug use, and domestic and family violence.

Hours of Operation

Office hours are 9:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday (24/7 residential support for clients)
