Local Area Coordination (LAC) - Wyong
Service Description
A State Government funded service to support people living with a disability, their families and carers, so that they may live as valued members of the community. Services provided to people 0-64 years of age, and information for clubs, groups and businesses for support on accessibility and inclusion of people with disabilities. Assists with social isolation, education, training and community support.
