Service Description
Support services provided to individuals within the community in order to assist with self confidence and living skills as part of their recovery process. Services include finding suitable housing, employment assistance, community activities and involvement in activities, support for Aboriginal people and their families, caring for a child if a parent has a mental illness, support for young people and people from CALD backgrounds. It is available to people aged 16-64 years, and youth programs from 16-24 years.
