Community Mental Health Team-Lismore
Service Description
Provides mental health services to people 12 years and older. There is twenty four hour assessment and treatment of acute mental illness, and the Acute Care Team will do home visits. Other services include a youth and family team for young people aged 12 years and older, and older persons mental health.
