Service Description

A state tribunal for people in South Australia to resolve issues within specific areas of law. Mediation and conciliation is available for matters including Mental health and consent for treatment, Guardianship, Residential Tenancies, Housing, Civil Law and review of Government decisions. Orders can be made regarding persons under the Mental Health Act of 2009, regarding treatment, medication, Community Treatment Order review and Guardianship.
