A mental health inpatient and outpatient clinic providing treatment for people experiencing mental illness. Main specialist areas are anxiety, depression and mood disorders but will also treat people with lifestyle management and general mental health disorders. Programs include group and individual therapy, relaxation training, education, and healthy living skills.
