Service Description
Provides a range of multidisciplinary child, youth and family health services focusing on early intervention and prevention. Services include Child and Family Health Nurse for families following the birth of a baby, and child development checks, Immunisation and Drop in Clinics, Early intervention for families with a child from 0-8 years who has a disability, Case Management for vulnerable families needing extra support, Child and Adolescent Mental Health, Women's Health Nurse.
