Service Description
Provides Disability Management Services for people with a disability, injury or health condition, including mental illness. Specific services based on individual needs are offered to assist with finding and keeping a job. Ongoing support is given up to six months after placement, and assistance with accessing support services is available. There is a free service for businesses who hire people with disabilities. Services for people 16 years and older. Other programs include Personal Helpers and Mentors (PHaMS), and drug and alcohol support services.
