Veritas House
Service Description
Provides emergency accommodation for young people from 12-25 years of age. It covers emergency accommodation and transitional housing for young people 17 years and older who are experiencing homelessness or are at risk of homelessness. Support is given to obtain accommodation and to teach skills that support independent living within the community. Outreach support is available.
