Mehi Mental Health Team-Narrabri
Service Description
Provides treatment, support and care for people with mental illness and their families. They may facilitate hospital admission if required, and follow up care upon discharge. Mental health assessments are done and coordination of treatment, including a plan that includes family, medication and therapy.
