Service Description
Link: People experiencing mental ill health to appropriate mental health services and resources. Train: Increase mental health knowledge of individuals and communities. Inform: Increase community & organisations' awareness of mental health services and resources. Partnerships: Coordinate and collaborate with key agencies to develop networks and resources that build an integrated and proactive response to community mental health needs.
