Mental Health Service for Older People Nowra
Service Description
Provides assessment, treatment and referral for people over 65, and 45 years and over for Aboriginal people, who have complex mental health needs or first onset of mental illness. Will provide in home assessment to determine appropriate support or inpatient care, and to refer to other services if necessary. Wellness clinics available to residents of aged care facilities for early intervention and treatment. Education and support available to aged care assessment teams, facilities, and mental health teams.
