Service Description

Provides support to premature and sick newborns, their families and the hospitals that care for them. Delivering a vision of 'better, healthier outcomes for newborns and their families challenged by prematurity or sickness'. Offering a 24 hour support line for families, in hospital visits, support groups after discharge. The Foundation works closely with clinicians providing the parent voice to improve the experience for families and long term health outcomes. Support is offered from a threatened pregnancy, hospital stay and with the premature or sick newborn from hospital to transition home and beyond.
