Gunnedah District Hospital
Service Description
A public hospital with 48 beds. It provides Emergency Services, Obstetrics, Surgical, and Hospice Care. Community Nursing, Child and Family Health, and Drug and Alcohol counselling, are offered through Community Health Services. Mental health patients are referred to Tamworth or the NSW Mental Health Intake Line. No dedicated mental health beds. There is an Aboriginal Mental Health Nurse available.
