Service Description
A community organisation providing support to frail older people, aged 65 years and over (50 years and over for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people) to enable them to remain living independently at home for as long as possible. Connects clients in rural and remote areas, and those who are socially isolated, with services to assist them which include Meals on Wheels, Social Support Individual and Social Support Groups (Camden and Picton). The organisation also provides NDIS supports to people or those who have a disability.
