Service Description
A community organisation that offers services and activities for all ages and groups. It includes children's and parents programs such as supported playgroups and positive parenting, Adolescent and Family Counselling for young people aged 11-18 years and their parents, Home Support for older people to remain living independently at home, Disability Services to support people with any disability, including psychiatric and is an NDIS service provider. There is a Community Hub space that offers support to CALD communities, and referrals to a network of agencies.
