Sydney Cord Blood Bank

Service Description

Part of a national network of cord blood banks. They collect and store (bank) cord blood from voluntary donors that will by used by anonymous patients needing a stem cell transplant. Donors remain anonymous. Mother's and baby's health is monitored six months after donation. Also participates in research projects.
