Service Description
Provides affordable rental housing to low and moderate income people who are unable to secure long term affordable housing or are disadvantaged by private rental market. Rents are offered at subsidised rates based on market rent or a percentage of household income. A range of services for people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness are available.
