Service Description

Charity organisation which provides support to families of children with Heart Disease while raising awareness and vital funding into the causes of this chronic disease. Involved in support, advocacy, information and research. There is also support provided to parents while their child is in hospital. Provides grief and bereavement support and counselling services.
