Provides health services and programs with visiting services from Mudgee District Hospital. Please send referrals to Mudgee Community Health for the following services: Mental Health Nurse, Counselling for individuals and families, Speech Pathology, Social Worker, and Drug and Alcohol Services. Please send referrals for the Paediatrician to Bathurst Base Hospital Paediatric Outpatients Department. Please send referrals for the Community Nurses to HealthOne, Rylstone. The following services can be referred by your GP or self-referrals: Diabetes Educator, Dietitian, Aged Care Services, Women's Health Services, Aboriginal Health Worker. Douglas Hanly Moir Pathology is on-site providing services via appointment. Please phone 6357 6150 for an appointment.
