Service Description
An independent service located in the Anti-Discrimination Commission. Its purpose is to protect the rights of people receiving treatment under the Mental Health and Related Services Act 1998 and the Disability Services Act 1993. The CVP's role is to protect and promote the rights of people receiving treatment from NT mental health and disability services, and works to ensure a high quality of treatment and services in the Northern Territory.
