Service Description
Cares for surrendered, neglected and abandoned animals until suitable adoption found. There is one animal shelter and 21 branches in NSW. Inspectors are available to respond to reports of animal neglect or cruelty, a full-service veterinary hospital, a desexing program, foster care network and a bequest program for cats and dogs so they are looked after if their owner dies. Behaviour support and advice is available for people who adopt a pet.
