Service Description

Advocates for the needs of people living with all types of dementia, and for their families and carers, by providing support services, education and information. Services include Respite Links for people with dementia and family, Younger Onset Dementia, Carer Support, Counselling Services, Dementia Network with monthly seminars and speakers, and Dementia Liaison Officers who provide support and advisory services to families, carers, and people with dementia.
