Service Description

A community of households and/or independent flats for people with or without disabilities. Support teams live and work alongside residents. Support is provided to those people living with disabilities for their personal needs so that they are able to move into the wider community, including the workplace and to maintain contact with family and friends. Residents remain for lifetime as required.
