Service Description
Provides specialist services to assess, refer and coordinate supports to vulnerable and disadvantaged young people and families. Services include parenting support, children's playgroups, family skills training and support to families experiencing drug or alcohol misuse, mental health or family breakdown. Foster care is available through Out of Home Care support.
