Service Description

Promotes higher education of working men and women. Programs are varied with an emphasis on arts, humanities and languages. Courses range from general study programs, to special interest and one night only courses. It enables adults 18 years and older to gain further education whether for personal knowledge or career, and to study with like minded people.
