Wellington Community Health Centre
Service Description
Community mental health team visits on site from Dubbo for assessment, treatment and referral and provides case management of people with a psychiatric disability aged 18 years plus. There is a visiting psychiatrist once a month. Community health services include community nursing, women's health, child and family health, dietitian and various visiting services from Dubbo.
