Public Advocate of the ACT

Service Description

Works to protect and promote the rights and interests of vulnerable people in the community. Also promotes the provision of services and facilities available, development of programs to benefit vulnerable people in the community, represent and support them in community matters before the ACT Civil and Administrative Tribunal or Court, and will act as a Guardian of Last Resort or Emergency Guardian if no other suitable person is found.
