Service Description

Health services provided to people of all ages within the local area. It includes health promotion, prevention and early intervention, assessment, treatment and ongoing care. Services available include Child and Family Health and home visits for new parents, Early Childhood and Baby Health Clinics, Counselling, Hearing Tests, Women's Health, Community Nursing for complex health conditions, includes Palliative Care, Continence, Wound Care. Also available are Drug and Alcohol Services, Methadone Clinic and Oral Health.
