Service Description

Deaf Connect is Australia's leading provider for Deaf and hard of hearing communities of all ages.. In 2020, Deaf Services and the Deaf Society came together to form Deaf Connect - a new, merged organisation which pays respect to our history culture and community. Deaf Connect is a registered service provider under the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) with a range of services and programs tailored to all stages of life, including:
Interpreting
Plan Management
Support Coordination
Family and therapy services, such as; Physiotherapy, Speech Therapy, Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Teachers of the Deaf
Information, referrals and technology support
Support Workers with varied interests, skills and communication methods including Auslan, visual and deafblind communication
Auslan at Home and Family Auslan Immersion Weekend Grant and bursary funding to support business, education, and creative goals.
