Service Description

A therapeutic activity that is used within the community to promote team building and mental health. The program uses rhythm and drumming to promote self expression, healing and overall wellbeing. It is used by corporations to promote team building and for employee mental health. Also used in schools, communities and in training programs. It is has been used to relieve stress, help with anxiety and promote motivation. Drum facilitator training is available.
