Service Description
Provides one to one mentoring programs for young people aged 7-17 years of age, especially those who are socially and emotionally isolated. Young people are matched with adult role models, and provide a safe and supportive place to nurture individual needs. It assists young people with serious adversity and little opportunity, to develop positive and support relationships. Mentoring takes place either in the community, in school or online.
