Service Description

DANA is the professional organisation for nurses, midwives and nurse practitioners dedicated to Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) care in Australia and New Zealand. DANA enhances the capacity of nurses, nurse practitioners and midwives through professional development, education, mentoring and support, to respond effectively to AOD issues in a culturally sensitive manner. DANA provides consultancy, advice and advocacy to members and other health professionals with an interest in AOD nursing.
