Service Description

Offers care, support and information to family members and friends who are caring for a person with disability, mental ill health, a chronic condition, terminal illness, alcohol or other drug dependence, or who are frail and aged. Care2Serve is the service delivery arm of Carers Tasmania, and they provide the National Carer Gateway program in Tasmania. This includes a range of resources and information for carers including counselling, coaching, information, education, young carer services, carer support groups and referral to other services/programs.
